Rite of Spring -- Five-Course Dinner and Wine Pairing

Join us at Harding on Main for a five-course meal and wine pairing.

This Eastern European inspired menu by Chef Charlie Dolan marks the first stop along our international culinary journey of 2026. Each course is paired with a Slovenian wine from Klet Brda Family Vineyards.

First Course - 5:30 pm

dandelion green, duck fat potatoes, cured egg yolk, champagne vinaigrette — sparkling rebula - brda, slovenia 2024

Second Course - 5:45 pm

borscht, braised beets, potato chip, pickled cabbage, crème fraîche, cucumber — krasno white blend - brda, solvenia 2023

Third Course - 6:00 pm

pierogi with bryndza, pork crackling, sherry gastric — krasno orange - brda, slovenia 2022

Fourth Course - 6:15 pm

pueblo green chile sardma, elk, pork, saffron rice, parsnip puree, pickled fennel and black currant jam — krasno red blend - brda, solvenia 2023

Fifth Course - 6:35 pm

fig roll, vanilla ice cream, janeževi upognjenci, wine caramel, black salt — krasno pinot noir - brda, slovenia 2022

Gratuity is included in reservation price. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be accepted. Reservations will be accepted until midnight March 7th, 2026.
